1. Warranty Coverage
ESSA offers a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty on all rugs against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid from the date of original purchase.

What's Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Abnormal wear under normal use conditions

  • Color fastness issues

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage from improper cleaning or care

  • Accidental damage or stains

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from pets

  • Fading due to direct sunlight exposure

  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties

2. Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim:
